Q. How will my package be shipped?
A. Small orders (and samples) may be shipped via Priority Mail, otherwise all orders are shipped via UPS Ground services.

Q. How long does it take to get duck soaps?
A. It normally takes 7-10 days (not counting weekends and holidays) for your order to work fully through our processing system and be ready to ship. Shipping itself can take up to 5 additional business days depending on how far the order has to travel from our facility in Indiana.

~ NOTE ~ in April orders will be slightly delayed.
Orders placed in APRIL 2008 will take approx. 2 weeks to be made and be ready to ship

Q. I'm buying some soaps, but want them shipped somewhere else,
is that a problem?
A. Not at all! We will still need "your" address information so that we can process your credit card, but there is a place on the shopping cart for "shipping" address, and you're welcome to have them shipped to another address!

Q. Do you ship outside the U.S.?
A. Yes, we do, but additional charges apply. For Alaska and Hawaii, we have to ship via Priority Mail instead of UPS Ground, and unfortunately postage costs extra. We will notify you BEFORE charging your credit card as to what the total charges will be. For other locations (Canada, England, Puerto Rico, etc.), we're happy to coordinate shipping to you! Please email us before ordering so we can look up accurate shipping quotes!
