Ordering F.A.Q.

Q. Can I place my order by phone?
A. All orders must be placed online. Our secured server will collect your credit card information.

Q. What credit cards do you take?
A. We accept Visa & Mastercard, and Pay Pal. With Pay Pal you can pay by Discover or American Express as well, but we do not process those cards manually, you will have to follow Pay Pal's required steps.

Q. I placed an order, but need to cancel it ~ what do I do?
A. Call us or email us right away! If the order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel the order and refund your payment in full.

Q. I received my duck soaps, but have changed my mind and want something else, can I return them?
A. You may return your duck soaps, but certain procedures must be followed. First and foremost ~ please contact us right away. To qualify for return approval, we need to be contacted within 5 days from the date your package was delivered. All merchandise being returned must be received at our facility within 10 days from the date your package was originally delivered to you. ** Important note ** we do NOT issue refunds on returns. Returns will be given "store credit" redeemable at any website owned and operated by TAB Enterprises (see www.tabenterprises.com). Returns may be subject to re-stocking fees. Please email us at ducks@ducksoapshop.com BEFORE sending your package to ensure proper processing.
